胥晓琦的父亲是新中国第一批被授予少将军衔的高级将领。父亲去世后，她做梦都没想到，自己和80多岁的老母亲会沦落为访民，为那间住了40多年老房子的所有权走上漫漫的抗争之路。

　　另外，房屋产权与很多因素相关，绝不仅仅是个法律问题。七十年后，我们的房产应该怎么办，这是一个政治和法律相结合的重要话题。

　　南都周刊：很多人觉得《房屋拆迁管理条例》是先征收再补偿，与《物权法》先补偿再征收的指导思想背道而驰，认为这是个不好的苗头。

　　杨建顺：这种想法是误解，其实《房屋拆迁管理条例》与《物权法》并没有拧巴的关系。

　　南都周刊：现在我们的政策有很多 “打补丁”的情况，会不会造成新的历史遗留问题？
